and respectful body-based exploration.
Rather than following a fixed method, sessions unfold through listening —
to the body, to sensation, and to what is present in the moment.
Presence before technique
My approach is grounded in attentive presence, nervous-system awareness,
and respectful body-based work.
Sessions may include:
• Non-sexual, non-intimate touch
• Breath awareness
• Gentle guidance toward sensation and grounding
• Structured space for reflection and dialogue
Verbal reflection is an integral part of the work, supporting clarity,
integration, and conscious choice alongside the body-based process.
Everything unfolds at a pace that feels safe, consensual,
and responsive to the body’s signals.
A key principle
Emotional expression may arise naturally during sessions —
such as tears, sound, movement, or stillness —
and is welcomed when it emerges from the body’s own process.
I do not aim to provoke release,
but to support regulation, containment, and choice.
The body leads.
Nothing is forced.
